Modern Cross-Stitch Design

This Old House Monochrome Counted Cross Stitch Pattern | Instant Download PDF

This monochromatic cross stitch pattern is the outline of an old house on the corners of Fulton and Scott Street.

You only need one color floss (I use DMC 310 - black) to stitch this pattern. The fabric will be easily seen and help offset the colored stitches. You can modify the pattern to use any dark color floss with any lighter color fabric.

This is an incredibly simple pattern to stitch but one that will make for a masterpiece to hang in your own home.

Stitch Count: 300 x 460

Stitching areas are rounded up to the nearest half-inch (example a pattern that is 10.35" x 10.72" is rounded to 10.5" x 11") to ensure you get enough fabric.  Don't forget to add at least a few inches to the overall width and length of the fabric to give yourself enough room for framing!

Fabric Area Stitched (you'll need more fabric for borders based on what you need):

14 ct: 21.5" x 33"
18 ct: 17" x 25.5"
25 ct: 12" x 18.5"

Pattern comes with a cover page, instructions, pattern, floss usage chart, and a page layout.
